I am really excited about this year in doll making.  We are already working on our doll show.  This will be our 12th year to host the Expo Doll Show.  We have updated all the forms on the websites and will be adding more later. Let’s make 2012 the “Year of the Doll”.

We also now have information on the website for the 2012 Oklahoma World Organization of China Painters Convention.  Doll making and China Painting are alive and well in Oklahoma.

Hi Everyone,

As many of you have seen on the news, Japan has been devastated by an earthquake and a tsunami.  There were many Japanese doll makers that were impacted by these disasters.  The Doll Artisan Guild has set up a relief fund on their website, www.dollartisanguild.org, that you can donate to.  I have met several of these ladies throughout the years and they are very gracious as well as talented.  If you can help, checkout the DAG website, but most of all keep them in your prayers.

Hello Everyone,

After a cold winter, Spring is here.  The weather is wonderful and everyone is wanting to start new dolly projects.  We have several DAG seminars coming up this Spring and Summer, so be sure and look at our Seminar page.  We are also working hard on the 2011 Expo Doll Show.  Vendors are signing up and we are starting to get information on some wonderful classes taught by some of the best Instructors in the country.  Keep checking our Expo 2011 tab for all the latest news.
